Yoga For Beginners Course

Have you always wanted to try yoga, buy think you are not flexible enough, or just not sure where to start? 

 

Our fun and informative course will introduce you to yoga, learning asana (postures), breathing, and deep relaxation techniques.


Yoga is a wonderful way to improve posture, build strength in the body, and calm and relax the mind.

This is a perfect opportunity to learn yoga in a supportive and friendly environment.

No feet behind heads, we promise! Just great yoga for real people.

You can bring a yoga mat and light blanket if you have one, but we  have everything you will need for the course at the venue, all you need to bring is yourself and a smile.

We are currently running a beginners class for 7 weeks from Tuesday June 13th, 6.30-7.30pm.

If you are a new beginner you are warmly invited to attend this class.

Fee information is as for general classes on the timetable/fees page.

Cost:  $125.00 for your 5 week course plus 2 free general classes to attend when the course is complete. (Free classes to be used within one month of course completion.)
