Our fun and informative course will introduce you to yoga, learning asana (postures), breathing, and deep relaxation techniques.
Yoga is a wonderful way to improve posture, build strength in the body, and calm and relax the mind.

We are currently running a beginners class for 7 weeks from Tuesday June 13th, 6.30-7.30pm.
If you are a new beginner you are warmly invited to attend this class.
