Yoga is a life science, and can bring you relief from stress and tension, can help you create vibrant health and happiness, and give you time out from your busy life. Yoga, to heal the body on all levels, to create strength, stamina and flexibility, to give relief from insomnia, stress and anxiety. To promote good health and give real benefits to many health issues that can affect our daily lives.
We also love teaching workplace and ‘your place’ yoga. (Sports clubs, schools, organizations). We provide you with the teacher, mats and props, you provide the space.
